1st step flat the dough and make it onto stripes

2nd step place the stripes on the medium size stainless bowl and cut out the excess and bake it in the oven for 180 degree celcious for 30 minutes

1st step melt down chocolate and flatten it down nicely with a same thickness with all the side

2nd step cut according to the shape that you have designed

3rd step make a design to the sculpture 

4th step make a base for the sculpture that you have designed

World greatest pastillage sculpture design

1st step draw the design that you have planned in a piece of paperboard

2nd step Cut out the design carefully and try not over cut the paper

3rd step cut out the designed paper into the pastillage dough and let it dry for over night

A buttery Fish sculpture

1st step as normal we have to sketch the fish design in the polystyrene block that are give. if we draw it in  marker pen it will be more visible and easy to cut off.

2nd step we have to cut the front part of the fish design which makes easy to cut off the back part of the polystyrene

 3rd step cut the front part of the design to make the coral design to more visible to see.

4th step coat the finished designed with a layer of even thickness of butter

5th step make the fish scales, the easiest way to make a scale is line up balls of butter chunks and just pull it with a smaller finger to make a scale type of look.

"HandCraft Swan"

1st step in doing a Hand Craft Swan is we have to sketch a swan design on the polystyrene box.

2nd step cut the design according to the sketch that we had drawn on the polystyrene box

3rd step sketch the wing design and cut it out slowly according to your shape drawn
